Catcha Media Berhad was formed in 2010 as the holding company for Catcha Publishing and Catcha Digital.

Since its beginnings in 2000, Catcha Publishing has grown from strength to strength, expanding from one title to becoming Malaysia’s largest English language publisher through the strategic addition of licensed, acquired and homespun titles to its portfolio. In 2009, Catcha Digital signed a groundbreaking agreement with Microsoft Corporation to manage all Microsoft’s assets including the MSN portal, Windows Live Messenger and Windows Live Hotmail, and later Skype, in Malaysia. In 2013, Catcha Media Berhad’s subsidiaries were merged with Says.com and REV Asia was subsequently formed; Catcha Publishing, Catcha Digital and Says.my were subsumed into the new entity.

Catcha Media Berhad was renamed Rev Asia Berhad in June 2014.
