Voon Tze Khay – General Manager/Managing Director
Voon Tze Khay (Tze Khay) is the General Manager of Rev Asia Berhad (previously known as Catcha Media Berhad) and Managing Director of REV Asia.
A Malaysian, in 1997 he graduated with a Bachelor of Management in Marketing from University of South Australia and soon afterwards began his career with Emap Malaysia Sdn Bhd as an advertising executive, before joining Catcha.com Sdn Bhd in 2000.
Since 2001, Tze Khay has worked to spearhead the development of REV Asia’s Publishing Business and has amassed over 15 years of experience managing a diverse and rapidly growing publishing business environment. Prior to stepping into the role of Rev Asia Berhad General Manager, Voon Tze Khay was responsible for the operations of its core digital and publishing businesses. As its Managing Director, he is presently responsible for all aspects of Rev Asia.
Jacky Tee – Financial Controller
Tee Choon Wee (Jacky), a Malaysian, is the Financial Controller for Rev Asia Berhad (formerly known as Catcha Media Berhad).
In 2000, Jacky graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia with a Bachelor of Management in Accounting. He became a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 2003 and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants in 2007.
After graduation, Jacky commenced his career with KPMG in the audit department, before joining Landmarks Berhad as the assistant group accountant in 2005. In 2006, he joined Mexter Technology Berhad as the group financial controller and head of the finance department where he was responsible for all finance and reporting functions. In 2009, he joined Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd as the senior project finance manager, where he assumed responsibility for sourcing and creating finance and financing solutions for new projects in the South Pacific region.
In 2010, Jacky joined Rev Asia Berhad as Financial Controller. He is responsible for all aspects of its finance, accounting and reporting functions.
Loh Ken Wei – General Manager (REVENUE)
Ken Wei graduated with a First Class Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from University of Hull, UK. Already 9 years in the media industry, he first joined Catcha Media back in 2008 as an Editor. In 2013 he was appointed Business Director and headed up the publishing division’s lifestyle and entertainment portfolio, overseeing both sales and editorial aspects of the business. Ken Wei is presently responsible for managing the overall revenue growth of REV Asia businesses in Malaysia.
Samuel Wee – General Manager, Social
Samuel Wee (Sam) is a 2007 graduate in Business, Finance and Management from the University of Technology Sydney. One year before graduating, he won the prestigious 'Best in Asia' HSBC Young Entrepreneur Award 2006, beating 1,700 other teams in Asia. He was able to secure a short stint to study entrepreneurship at the University of California Berkeley, prior to kickstarting his career at HSBC Malaysia.
Sam joined SAYS at its infancy in 2011 to grow the business. His passion in building a freedom-centered workplace helped SAYS maintain its position as one of the most democratic workplaces in the world for three consecutive years (2012 - 2014), as ranked by Worldblu.
Christopher Wee – Head of Strategy
Christopher Wee (Chris) is REV Asia Head of Strategy. Chris, a Malaysian, graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Auckland University of Technology.
His expertise lies in marketing strategy, brand composition and social integration. He joined Says.com in 2011 and presently heads up a team of strategic planners with the objective of managing client relationships through relationship building and brand engagement.
He is an active member of the Young Professionals Chapter, an international network of marketing and advertising professionals that set and maintain industry standards, and regularly speaks at conferences and conducts agency-wide workshops.
Arzumy Md Yusof – Chief Technology Officer
Arzumy Md Yusof (Arzumy) is REV Asia’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO). A Malaysian ICT specialist with 12 years experience in both the tech and telecommunications industries. He started his career in cyber security industry, but since then has made a switch to focus on building product that people would love to use.
He is the founding team member of SAYS and GroupsMore (acquired by Groupon), rebuilt Friendster into social gaming (after acquired by MOL), and developed SMS application with over 100K paying subscribers under Articulate Online/Yo!Mobile.
Arzumy is active in local tech startup community. A well known speakers in various community driven events, he filled his free time helping out startups making technical decisions.
